Returns
We accept returns for eligible non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Not be custom-painted, made-to-order, or special-order
- Include proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-painted parts
- OEM color-matched orders made specifically for the customer
- Special-order products
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Items damaged after delivery for reasons not related to shipping
- Deposits or payments for custom work once production has started
Because custom work is created specifically for each order, all sales on custom-painted and made-to-order items are final once work has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact SBK Paint within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and the packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by SBK Paint before being sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect item sent by us or verified shipping damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- We do not offer store credit
- Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. We do not offer exchanges for custom-painted or made-to-order items unless there is a confirmed issue with the product received.
Order Cancellations
Orders for standard, non-custom items may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Orders for custom-painted, color-matched, or made-to-order items may only be canceled before work has started. Once production, preparation, or material ordering has begun, the order can no longer be canceled and any payment made may be non-refundable.
